Betfred have a new opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding team.
This interesting role will provide support to the Customer Service team by ensuring that Betfred customers receive a professional and friendly experience, delivering the Betfred brand to all our customers.
The post is 40 hours per week and a permanent contract, full training is given and there are opportunities for external qualifications. The shifts are 8 hours, 5 days over 7, and from 8 am to 10 pm.
Areas of Focus
To provide customers with a professional service via telephone, email and letter in relation to their associated Betfred retail experiences and to resolve all customer queries professionally using expert in-depth knowledge in line with agreed KPI’s, ensuring that any escalations are raised promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Support shop staff in their role by assisting with bet settlement queries.
Carry out any administration in connection to the role, ensuring that customer account adjustments are processed accurately.
Understand fully and comply with the key objectives of the Gambling Commission and to be fully aware of your responsibilities regarding Social Compliance and Licence Conditions Codes of Practice.
Experience and Skills
Candidates must be customer focused with experience of providing customer service within a fast paced environment, have a professional telephone manner and a strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in the use of IT systems and a strong communicator with fluent verbal and written English.
Flexible approach to work, with the ability to multi task, a ‘can do’ approach to customer contacts and enthusiasm for a new challenge every day.
An understanding or interest of the betting and gambling industry would be an advantage, but would not prevent the ideal candidate being successful as full training is given.
